Mike Stanners caught a 12lb Spring Salmon on Wednesday 23rd January 2013.

At the Tail of The Island/Otterstone, Mike Stanners landed and safely returned a Spring Hen Salmon.

Mike caught it while fly fishing with a one & half inch Gold Bodied Wullie Gunn Tube Fly.

Well done Mike.

The 9lb Springer was caught at The Tail of the Island/Otterstone, on a Cascade tube fly, in the morning of Monday 21st January.

The Hen Salmon was safely returned.

Stewart Blades caught a 9lb Salmon on Saturday 19th May 2012

Stewart Blades, from Peebles, caught a 9lb Salmon on his 3rd cast

with a Black Flying ‘C’ at Calum’s Corner on Saturday morning.

The Salmon was safely returned, very well done.

Donald Skene caught a 16lb Salmon on Friday 18th May 2012.

Donald Skene caught a lovely 16lb Salmon whilst harling the tail

of the Otterstone, with a Wullie Gunn fly, on Friday 18th May

and safely returned the salmon.

Very well done.

The Dalguise Shrimp.

 All fish were caught on the new shrimp, all where mid water and all safely returned.

John had a fantastic day again, the second week running. John was fly fishing The Otterstone Pool

with his Dalguise Shrimp Fly and managed to play, land and return four silver salmon.

19lb, 10lb, 8lb & 7.5lb. Very well done John, what a fantastic day.
